Sakti bags are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please e-mail to customerservice@sakticouture.com or fill out contact us form. You will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. This number will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

When you purchase a bag from Sakti Couture, your order will ship within 3 business days and you will receive an e-mail when your purchase ships, which will include the tracking number.

We collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently that means we only collect taxes in New Mexico.
